Student Lease

Thank you for your interest in Redstone Student Housing! Please be sure to read all of the information below.

Our application for the 2024-2025 lease terms will be available in October.  We'd be happy to contact you directly when our leasing period begins this fall and assist you with the housing search process. Please be sure to complete our interest form here if you'd like to continue receiving information from us about a 2024-2025 lease.  This form can only be filled out by prospective applicants with valid UVM emails.

Please note we do not offer leases for an individual semester or the academic year only.  We strongly encourage folks to lease with us only if they can stay for the full duration of the annual lease term contract. 

Lofts: We offer leases running from June-May or August-July. 

Commons: We offer leases running from June-May or August-August.

To be eligible to lease with us you must be a full-time UVM Junior, Senior, or Graduate student for the 2024-25 academic year.
